Must-have guide to the George Town WHS

THIS free map is a must-have brief guide to the George Town World Heritage Site. Written by Khoo Salma Nasution of Areca Books, designed by Goh Hun Meng of Panca Design and sponsored by the E&O Group, it is divided into two sections:

The first covers Penang in general with such information as history, places of interest like eco-attractions, schools, and places to stay and shop. It also provides useful numbers and points the visitor to ways to get around the state.

The second section, on the flip side, focuses on the World Heritage Site. Apart from giving information on various built and practised heritage attractions, it suggests four walking tours for the visitor:
(1) Nanyang Heritage Sites
(2) Colonial Heritage Walk
(3) Street of Harmony Walk
(4) Historic Enclave Walk
